Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your preferences. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, can serve the same purposes. In this policy, we refer to all of these simply as cookies.

We use cookies only where they are needed to run the service or to remember a choice you make, and we do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. Sign-in and session: when you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) sets session cookies named sb-…-auth-token (split into numbered parts when needed) that keep you signed in as you move between pages; they are httpOnly, secure and set with SameSite=Lax, are removed when you sign out, and otherwise expire up to 400 days after they were last renewed. When you sign up or reset your password, a similar security cookie ending in -code-verifier is set so the link we email you can be verified; it is removed when you open that link in the same browser and otherwise expires on its own. Language: a NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the language you use Kraffsy in, for one year. Active workspace: once you are signed in, an active_workspace_id cookie remembers which of your workspaces you are working in, for 30 days from when it was last set. Sidebar: in the signed-in app, a sidebar_collapsed cookie remembers whether you collapsed the sidebar, for 30 days from when you last changed it. Theme: your light or dark theme is saved in your browser's local storage under the key theme, not in a cookie, and stays until you clear it. Our error and performance monitoring sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, and we do not sell your data.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block cookies or alert you when one is being set. Please note that the cookies we use are essential: if you block or delete them, signing in and core features of Kraffsy — such as staying signed in and keeping your selected workspace — will not work correctly. Because we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, disabling those categories has no effect on Kraffsy.

Some features send you to another company's site, which sets its own cookies under its own cookie and privacy policies: Etsy, when you connect your Etsy shop; Stripe, when you subscribe or manage your billing, because checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe; and Calendly, when you book a call with us. We don't control those cookies; please see each site's own policies.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. If a translation of this Cookie Policy conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
