What Cookies Are

Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, can serve the same purposes. In this policy, we refer to all of these simply as cookies.
How Kraffa Uses Cookies
We use cookies primarily because they are strictly necessary to operate the service. Authentication and session: when you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in as you move between pages; it is httpOnly, secure, and set with SameSite=Lax. Active workspace: we store an active_workspace_id cookie, valid for roughly 30 days on a rolling basis, so we can remember which of your workspaces you are currently working in. Preferences: we remember your interface language and your light or dark theme so the interface appears the way you left it. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. We may use a limited number of cookies or similar technologies for security and for error and performance monitoring, so we can keep the service safe and reliable.
Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block cookies or alert you when one is being set. Please note that the cookies we use are essential: if you block or delete them, signing in and core features of Kraffa — such as staying signed in and keeping your selected workspace — will not work correctly. Because we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, disabling those categories has no effect on Kraffa.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
