Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Equatris LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA ('Kraffsy', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). You accept these Terms by indicating your agreement when you create your account — for example, by checking a box or selecting a button that refers to these Terms — or by accessing or using Kraffsy. By accepting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Kraffsy is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Etsy print-on-demand sellers create designs, mockups and listing media and have their orders made. Apparel products are available today: you generate original designs from an inspiration image you upload, place them on mockups, publish listings to your Etsy shop and send its orders to production. Poster and Gift products are coming soon. Adding products and using credits require a connected Etsy shop (see Etsy Integration and Production and Fulfillment below). Your results are stored privately in your account. The Service is currently offered in Beta and may change as we continue to develop it.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Some actions, such as creating a workspace, require a verified email address.

You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide to the Service, including any uploaded images and text you submit. You represent that you hold the rights necessary to use those inputs and that they do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party or violate any law. You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; to circumvent rate limits or access controls; to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service; or in any manner that breaches applicable third-party terms, including Etsy's.

You retain the rights you hold in the inputs you own. As between you and us, and subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, you own the designs and mockups you generate through the Service for your commercial print-on-demand use. Our software, mockup templates, pipeline, and platform remain our intellectual property. AI output is generated to be original; however, we do not warrant that it is free from similarity to third-party works, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the output does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Connecting your Etsy shop is required to add products and use your credits in Kraffsy. You connect by authorizing Kraffsy through Etsy's own authorization process (OAuth); we never ask for your Etsy password. Once your shop is connected, Kraffsy acts only on your instructions: it creates or updates the listings you ask it to, and it brings in your orders so you can manage them, send them to production and follow their shipping.

You review what is published to your shop, and you remain responsible for your listings and for complying with Etsy's terms and policies, including Etsy's rules on disclosing the use of AI, disclosing production partners, and intellectual property.

When your shop is connected, Kraffsy may receive personal data about your buyers with your orders, such as their names. Each order you send to production carries its recipient's name and shipping address. We process this data on your behalf and only to provide the Service to you, including sending your orders to production, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Etsy may change or limit its API at any time, which may change, limit or interrupt the Etsy features of the Service. Kraffsy is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. You can disconnect your shop at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before we discontinue the Etsy integration, unless Etsy suspends or ends our access to its API or the law requires otherwise.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

You can send orders from your connected Etsy shop to production from Kraffsy. The products are made and shipped by our production partner, Podbul, Inc., and the production providers it works with. Production and shipping are paid separately from your plan: credits pay for creating designs, while production and shipping are paid from your Kraffsy wallet.

Your Kraffsy wallet holds a prepaid balance in US dollars. Wallet top-ups come with a paid plan: you top up by bank transfer to the account shown in Settings, writing your personal reference code in the transfer's description. A transfer is credited to your wallet once it has completed and we can match it to your code; a transfer we can't match is checked by our team, which can take longer. The wallet can't be topped up by card. Your balance doesn't expire. Bank fees and currency conversion differences are yours.

For each order you see Kraffsy's price for its products and the shipping price before you approve it. Approving an order takes nothing from your wallet: until you pay, you can withdraw your approval and change the order. When you pay, the order's total is locked in your wallet and the order is sent to production; the amount is charged when our production partner accepts the order, and released if it doesn't. Once you've paid, an order can't be changed or cancelled. If the shipping price has risen before the order is accepted, it isn't sent: the amount is released, and you can pay again at the new price. A receipt is issued for each paid order.

You can ask for your unused balance to be returned by emailing us from your account's email address. We send it back by bank transfer to the account the money came from, less the bank's fees. An amount locked by an order that is being sent can be returned only once that order is settled.

Equatris LLC sells production and fulfillment to you and is the seller for those charges; Stripe acts as merchant of record only for your subscription. You're responsible for your own tax obligations. Unless shown otherwise, production and shipping prices don't include taxes. Import taxes and duties on international orders may be the recipient's responsibility.

Production usually takes 1–3 business days, plus 1–3 more business days in peak periods, and nothing ships without quality control. After production, shipping usually takes, in working days: 3–6 (economy) or 2–4 (fast) within the United States; 6–12 (standard) or 3–7 (priority express) from the United States to other countries; and 2–5 for eligible products fulfilled through a regional network in the EU or UK. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Products are made to order, so they can't be returned or exchanged because a buyer changed their mind. You're responsible for each order's shipping address: check it before you pay, because a paid order can't be changed. If an invalid address means an order has to be reshipped or cancelled, those costs are yours.

If we or our production partner find a quality problem with an order's artwork, such as low resolution, we'll let you know. If you don't reply within 5 days, the order goes ahead as it is and isn't eligible for a reprint or refund.

If an order arrives damaged, misprinted or with the wrong item, report it to us within 25 days of delivery, with the order number, photos or a video of the problem and a photo of the package's shipping label. After review, it is resolved with a reprint or a refund to your wallet, at our production partner's discretion.

Packages lost or delayed in transit aren't reprinted, replaced or refunded: once a package is handed to the carrier, delays and losses in transit are the carrier's, not ours or our production partner's. If a package hasn't arrived, report it to us within 25 days of sending it to production for orders within the United States and orders fulfilled through the EU or UK regional network, or within 40 days for other international orders, and we'll help you with its tracking and the carrier's records.

Reprints and refunds aren't available for problems caused by the artwork or files, by placement or design limitations, or by details you supplied incorrectly (such as size, color or address), or for a package marked as delivered without sufficient evidence that it was lost.

To the extent the law allows, products are provided as is, and you're responsible for complying with the laws of the markets you sell into.

For production and fulfillment, our total liability for an order is limited to the greater of what you paid for that order's production and shipping or USD 100. This limit applies to production and fulfillment instead of the limit in Limitation of Liability.

You handle all communication with your buyers and with Etsy, including disputes and cases.

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Studio) are priced in US dollars. Credits are a usage right, not money: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. An initial credit grant is given once per email address, when the first account with that address is created — not again if an account is deleted and created anew with the same address — and credits can be used once your Etsy shop is connected. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Stripe is the merchant of record for your subscription: Stripe sells the subscription to you, processes your payment, and calculates and collects any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) at checkout. Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Receipts and invoices for your subscription are provided by Stripe and Link. You can manage your billing and subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal and in Settings. Production and shipping are paid from your Kraffsy wallet, as described in Production and Fulfillment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no proration, and you keep access to paid features until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@kraffsy.com. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, some billing and refund matters may be handled through Stripe. Refunds for production and shipping are covered in Production and Fulfillment.

If a payment fails, we may pause your access to paid features after repeated failed attempts until the issue is resolved. Restoring a valid payment method and settling any outstanding amount will restore access.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' and is currently in Beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee any particular level of uptime or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. For production and fulfillment, the limit in Production and Fulfillment applies instead.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is processed as a soft delete that is retained for up to 30 days, during which it can be restored, and is then permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are effective as of October 1, 2026. If a translation of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
